Right now there are no less that 6 ships riding at anchor outside the Freeport of Monrovia. This is the first time we have ever seen such a number in all our years here - I guess its a good sign, as it means Liberia is opening up for business and supplies are rolling in. Sadly, the poor condition of the Freeport means that only 2 ships at a time can be unloaded in the port instead of the possible 8, so I guess these ships will remain at anchor for a while longer.
