More photos of the hydro

Stop me if I've told you this before, but Liberia's hydro-electric power plant was constructed in 1965 in two parts - the earth and concrete dam that includes the sluices that control the water levels in the lake; and a couple of miles away, the power station itself. Yesterday two Land Rovers of intrepid explorers from the ship hacked their way through virgin (nearly) jungle to reach the sluices, which have been abandoned since 1990.
