Dumpsters for all - update

One by one, the bright yellow dumpsters distributed throughout the city (as per my entry of 7th May) are being stolen, even though they have been constructed out of materials that cannot be used in construction. Such a shame. Olly

    Yes, that makes sense.

    If it's not bolted down, someone will be willing to carry it away.

    Here in Baltimore, people have actually been stealing light posts off the side of the highway to sell for scrap metal...

    I guess the next big question is... how do you make a movable container immovable, but still empty-able?
