World of cheese

See those grainy photos below? They're of the warehouse where I'm spending a LOT of time - and everything you see is cheese stored at 4 degrees C (39 F).

What cheeses are there?
Well, we've got plain Cheddar, Farm-house Cheddar, Vintage Cheddar, Extra Special Cheddar, Locherbie Cheddar, Golden Applewood Smoke Flavoured Cheddar, Cheddar in black waxed truckle, Mature White Cheddar, Welsh Cheddar in black waxed truckle, Cheddar with crushed black peppar, Cheddar with onion and chive, and Marmite Cheddar.
We've got Wensleydale, Wensleydale with Cranberry, Wensleydale with Cranberry and Orange, and Wensleydale with Mango and Ginger.
We've got Red Leicester, Extra Special Red Leicester, and Vintage Red Leicester.
We've got Bleu D'Auvergne and Extra Special Bleu D'Auvergne.
And Black Crowdie, Strathon Blue, White Stilton and Blue Stilton, Lancashire black waxed truckle, Double Gloucester, Caerphilly, Isigny Camembert, Hard Goats Cheese, Roquefort, Cornish Brie and Cornish Camembert, and Mexicana and Extra Hot Mexicana. And Five Counties Cheese and Sage Derby Cheese. And Beer Cheese. And Shropshire Blue and Jarlsburg and Branston Cheese. And probably some others that I can't remember. And I really don't like cheese very much. Huh. Olly
